Inland Harbour is conveniently located in the heart of Sea Pines Plantation.It is about half a mile to Harbour Town with its signature lighthouse, marina, shops, Sea Pines Racquet Club, and Harbor Town Links Golf Course. It about a mile to the Sea Pines Beach Club, with bath house, food, chair and umbrella rentals, and other amenities. Inland Harbour features a private swimming pool and 2 tennis courts on site for the exculsive use of owners and guests. There is a direct link to the extensive bike path system on the island.There are stunning view of the 12th fairway of the Heron Point Golf Course that sets this villa apart from the rest. The deck to the villa overhangs a lagoon that is part of the golf course. There is plenty of wildlife viewing there.

Our Inland Harbour Villa is a townhouse style home away from home. It is professionally decorated in the retro/eclectic style. We replaced living area furniture in 2010 and deck furniture in 2011.View is of the new Pete Dye Heron Point Golf Course 12th fairway and a lagoon with lots of birds, turtles, and other wildlife. The entire second floor is a master suite. The bedroom has a king size bed. The bathroom has a skylighted tub, seperate shower, and dual sinks. A separate loft area has a queen size sleeper sofa that can accomodate extra guests if needed. The main floor has a second bedroom with a swing king bed. There is private access as well as hall access to the bath.Living area, dining area and kitchen are on the main floor as well. Kitchen is equiped with dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, stove and oven, blender, mixer, electric can opener,coffee maker and grinder, and microwave oven. Premium linens included Washer and Dryer in Villa,iron and ironing board,telephone,central heat and air,towels provided The villa has WIFI INTERNET ACCESS and 2 cable tvs.VCR,CD,DVD,radio,alarm clock,phone Villa is 1600 square feet LARGE There is a small service yard near the front door that can accomodate bikes, rafts, etc. Private TENNIS courts, resurfaced in September of 2011, and POOL, remodeled in 2010, are on site and open to owners and rental guests.
