Sea Pines Plantation is the best place to vacation on Hilton Head Island.

One of the gated communities on Hilton Head Island, Sea Pines allows protected access to those who wish to enjoy it. Beauty created by preserving the environment is evident in all outdoor activities in the Plantation. Buildings are designed to blend in with their natural surroundings. As a native of Beaufort (Hilton Head Island is in Beaufort County) I have seen many changes in the area, and appreciate the efforts to maintain the natural esthetics at Sea Pines.

Our vacation accomodations are conviently located in the heart of Sea Pines Plantation. They are within easy walking distance (.5 miles) of Harbour Town, home of the Heritage PGA Golf Tournament played each April on world famous Harbourtown Golf Links. Vacationers have quick and easy access to the beach on the Atlantic Ocean. It is only a mile to the Sea Pines Beach Club. There is a scenic bike trail system throughout the Plantation as well as the whole island that is our family's personal favorite mode of transportation. Seasonally, the SPP Trolley that stops across the street at the Sea Pines Center, is a fun way to get around within the Plantation.

Sea Pines features a 600 acre Forest Preserve. It is owned by the property owners of the Plantation. We are assured that scenic wildlife habitats will be preserved in perpetuity for the enjoyment of all who visit.
