Lighthouse Tennis Villas are conveniently located in the heart of Sea Pines Plantation. It is about half a mile to Harbour Town with its signature lighthouse, marina,fine dining, shops, Sea Pines Racquet Club, and Harbour Town Links Golf Course. It is next door to the Sea Pines Center that features shopping, post office, food, bicycle rentals, and in season, trolley stop. The Sea Pines Beach Club is about a mile from LHTC. It offers bath house, chair and umbrella rental, food, and other amenities. Lighthouse Tennis has 4 private tennis courts and swimming pool that are on site for the use of owners and their guests. It directly links to the intensive bike path system on the island. Our villa is located on a lagoon with a lot of wildlife viewing. 
Our Lighthouse Tennis Club Villa is located on the second floor allowing for cathedral ceilings and an open deck. The villa is bright and light. What sets this villa apart from the rest is the view of a peaceful lagoon with just a peak through the trees at the 2nd fairway of Harbourtown Golf Course. There are lots of birds, turtles, and other wildlife to see. The villa has been updated with beach cottage furnishings. New exterior siding, lighting, and deck will enjoyed by 2010 guests.
